At Anma Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
